“We enjoy working with and handle the cases we believe in.”
Commercial Law applies specifically to the rights, relations and conduct of persons and businesses (sole proprietorship, partnerships, LLCs, S corporations and C corporations) in regards to trade, sales and merchandising. Because it is often considered to be a branch of civil law, business litigation may deal with matters of both public and private law. The United States is governed by both the individual states and the United States Congress. Due to its nature, an effort has been made to create a unified body of commercial law which nearly all of the 50 states, the District of Columbia and US territories have chosen to adopt. This body of law is referred to as the UCC, or Uniform Commercial Code.
