Business Litigation

Real Property Law pertains to the body of law governing the various forms of both ownership and tenancy in real property.

 

Litigation involving real property includes, but is not limited to, title disputes, foreclosures,
easements, restrictive covenants, breach of purchase and sale agreements, land use restrictions, access to property by nonowner, landlord and tenant, and private property rights protection afforded by Florida’s Bert J. Harris Act.
